Meditation in Movement –
Chair Yoga and the 12 Steps

Be guided through a gentle sequence of Chair Yoga poses, each associated to one of the 12 Steps. You’ll need a sturdy chair with no arms, preferably a quiet setting along with a willingness to explore and have fun.

This workshop is suitable for all body types and levels of experience.

Any DA member is welcome to attend. Present and/or past members are encouraged to participate as well as anyone interested in being of service and learning more about DA.
